The Rangemaster 5 year warranty offer is running again. Buy an eligible Rangemaster range cooker between 1 September and 31 October 2026, have it delivered by 31 January 2027, and send a claim within 28 days of delivery, and AGA Rangemaster will extend the cover to five years parts and labour. Miss the 28-day claim and you are back on the normal two years.

We read the full terms on Rangemaster’s promotion page on 8 October 2026. Below is what qualifies, how to claim, and the places people lose the extra three years.

The dates at a glance

What Date
Buying window opens 1 September 2026
Buying window closes 31 October 2026
Cooker must be delivered by 31 January 2027
Claim deadline 28 days after delivery
Final date for any claim 28 February 2027

The terms test the purchase date for the buying window and the delivery date separately. A cooker bought on 30 October and delivered in mid-December qualifies. A cooker bought on 2 November does not, however long a showroom says the “deal” runs. Make sure your receipt or order confirmation shows a date inside the window.

The 28-day clock is the one that catches people. If your cooker arrives on 20 November, your claim has to be in by 18 December, not by the end of February. The 28 February 2027 date only matters for cookers delivered at the very end of January.

Which Rangemaster cookers qualify

The terms list these range cooker families:

  • Edge Deluxe
  • Estel Deluxe
  • Infusion
  • Infusion Classic
  • Classic, the new version launched in October 2025
  • Classic Deluxe, the new version launched in October 2025
  • Nexus, the new version launched in April 2026

The three launch dates matter. Rangemaster tells buyers to check with the retailer that a Classic, Classic Deluxe or Nexus is the new generation model, because older stock of the previous version may still be on sale. Get the retailer to confirm it in writing, on the order or by email, before you pay.

Collections not on the list include Professional+, Elise, Kitchener, Toledo+, Leckford Deluxe, Longstock Deluxe, Aura, Arina and the 60cm cookers. They come with the standard warranty only. If you are still choosing between collections, our Rangemaster model and size guide walks through each one.

How to claim

  1. Download the claim form from the promotion page (a PDF linked as “Download claim form here”).
  2. Gather four things: proof of purchase showing the product and the date you bought it, proof of delivery, the cooker’s serial number, and the name of the retailer.
  3. Send it to AGA Rangemaster yourself. Email it with the documents to warrantypromotion@agarangemaster.co.uk, or post it to Rangemaster 5 Year Warranty Promotion, AGA Rangemaster Ltd, Station Road, Ketley, Telford, Shropshire, TF1 5AQ. Fax and phone claims are not accepted, and the retailer is not allowed to claim on your behalf.
  4. Wait up to 28 days for verification. If anything is missing, they email you and you have seven days to send it, or the claim is void.

Keep the confirmation email with your cooker paperwork. It is the only proof you have that the extra three years exist.

Where to find the serial number

Rangemaster puts a silver data badge on every range cooker in three places: the front cover of the user and installation guide, the front of the cooker on the frame of the main left-hand oven near the plinth, and the back of the cooker at the top left. On earlier 110cm models, take out the storage drawer and the badge is on the front right upright of the frame. Photograph it on delivery day, before the cooker is pushed into place.

The traps

Delivery proof. An online order confirmation is proof of purchase, not proof of delivery. Ask the delivery crew for a signed note or keep the retailer’s “delivered” email. Without it the claim is incomplete.

Normal registration is a separate step. Rangemaster’s standard cover is one year, plus a second free year if you register the cooker within 30 days of delivery through its warranty registration page. The promotion terms do not say a promotion claim also registers the cooker, so do both. It costs nothing, and if the promotion claim fails on a paperwork point you still keep the two years.

One claim per household. Two cookers bought for one house (a main kitchen and a holiday let in the same name, say) only get one extension.

UK residents only. The offer covers the UK, Northern Ireland, Jersey and Guernsey, for buyers aged 18 or over.

The terms can change. AGA Rangemaster reserves the right to withdraw or change the promotion. Save a copy of the terms page on the day you order.

LPG conversions and commercial use. Rangemaster’s warranty repair form asks whether the cooker has been converted to LPG and whether it is used commercially. If either applies, ask before you buy how that affects the cover. Our LPG range cooker page covers the conversion itself.

What five years is worth

The extension covers parts and labour on functional faults. It does not cover cosmetic marks you did not report on delivery, or accidental damage. On a range cooker the expensive faults tend to arrive after year two: fan oven elements and motors, thermostats, ignition on gas hobs, and touch controls on induction models. Having a free engineer visit for those through to year five is the real value, not the headline number.

It is also worth knowing that a warranty sits on top of your rights, not in place of them. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you can claim against the retailer for goods that were faulty when sold for up to six years in England, Wales and Northern Ireland (five in Scotland), although after the first six months it is usually on you to show the fault was there from the start.

Has Rangemaster run this before?

Yes. In 2024 the company ran the same offer for orders between 5 August and 22 September, with delivery by 30 November and the same 28-day claim rule. That one covered Nexus, Classic Deluxe and the Elise Luxe special edition, plus Falcon and Mercury cookers. The model list changes each time, so never assume a cooker qualified last time means it qualifies now. We update this page when a new window opens or this one closes.

If the promotion is not running when you buy, a five-year warranty is not the only route. Smeg offers five years parts and labour on its range cookers if you register them, which we set out in our Smeg cooker review.

Frequently asked questions

How long is the Rangemaster warranty normally? One year as standard, extended to two years free if you register the cooker within 30 days of delivery. The promotion takes eligible models to five years parts and labour.

Does the Rangemaster 5 year warranty cover parts and labour? Yes. The terms describe it as a 5-year parts and labour warranty, covering functional faults. Accidental damage and unreported cosmetic damage are excluded, as with the standard warranty.

Can my retailer claim the 5 year warranty for me? No. The terms say claims must not be made by retailers on the customer’s behalf. You send the form yourself by email or post.

What if my cooker is delivered after 31 January 2027? It does not qualify, even if you ordered inside the buying window. If a retailer quotes a long lead time on a colour or size, check the delivery date fits before you order.

Is the Professional+ included? Not in the autumn 2026 promotion. The eligible families are Edge Deluxe, Estel Deluxe, Infusion, Infusion Classic and the new Classic, Classic Deluxe and Nexus.

Do I still need to register the cooker normally? We would. The promotion terms do not say the claim doubles as registration, and registering within 30 days secures the second year whatever happens to the promotion claim.
